To purchase with a credit card, bank
    account number, or Paypal account,
    click the "add to cart" button to the
    right of the book you wish to purchase.
    (Note: all of my credit and debit card
    payments are processed through
    Paypal.com, but you won't need to sign
    up for a Paypal account to use the
    service.) To purchase copies of multiple
    titles, you will need to add one to your
    cart and return to this page to add the
    others. Once a book has been added to
    your cart, you will be able to adjust the
    quantity.

    When making your payment, please
    confirm your shipping address before
    submitting the order. If you've ever
    ordered anything through Paypal in
    the past, it will assume you want to use
    your previous shipping address unless
    you change it. Many addresses Paypal
    has in its files are out of date.

    If you need the book(s) sent right away,
    you should use a credit card and not a
    bank account number or debit card
    (which Paypal calls an "e-check.")
    Credit card payments clear instantly,
    but e-checks take a few days to clear,
    and the books won't be shipped until
    the payment has cleared.
